Objective of news release was back-door
exposure of new book via media websites, alert key book reviewers, and to alert
Albuquerque media to new development in case.

First two objectives met. Lois said in the beginning that Albuquerque
media might be hesitant to alienate new police administration. We have received
no pick-up on Albuquerque sites, as yet.
The website of Las Cruces Sun-News (Las Cruces and Dona Ana County New Mexico) did carry it.
